We are pleased to share that Vulcan has successfully concluded our participation in the Global AI Assurance Pilot, an initiative led by the AI Verify Foundation and Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA). This pilot represents a significant step toward establishing global best practices for the technical testing of Generative AI (GenAI) applications.
As GenAI becomes more embedded in business operations, concerns around safety, security, and responsible use are growing increasingly urgent. The Global AI Assurance Pilot was launched to explore how technical testing can be meaningfully applied to real-world GenAI systems, and to generate practical insights on “what and how to test” as a foundation for greater confidence and peace of mind with GenAI.
Vulcan participated in the pilot by conducting a targeted Red Teaming assessment on a high-tech manufacturing enterprise’s GenAI application. The exercise revealed how the application behaved under adversarial testing, uncovering potential vulnerabilities and security blind spots, therefore allowing the enterprise to address risks before they lead to impact.
As one of the 16 selected AI testing leaders, Vulcan’s involvement reflects our expertise and ongoing commitment to responsible AI adoption. In particular, it underscores our role in helping organizations meet rising expectations from regulators, industry standards, and society at large.
We thank the AI Verify Foundation for the opportunity to contribute to this initiative and look forward to continuing our work advancing secure, trustworthy AI across industries and regions.
